Prior to
his work in the furniture industry, Steve was a key member
of an organizational excellence team working with a top 10
consulting group responsible for doing process analysis. The
team was able to consistently boost productivity at least
25% after recommendations were implemented.
Steve
entered the furniture industry in 1990 and is now known as
one of the elite trainers. He has delivered extensive sales
and sales management workshops to hundreds of furniture store
owners and managers, and has trained over 1500 furniture retail
salespeople on how to best execute the most current, cutting
edge, sales techniques.
